"Karen truly cares about your health and well being. She listens, understands, and identifies roadblocks that could be holding you back from your best self. Each session was organic because Karen is very present during our time together. I left each session feeling motivated and empowered. Her depth of knowledge and her skill of communicating with compassion and clarity are exactly what I needed."

"Karen was awesome in sharing her knowledge and providing insight on real experiences – both personal and professional. It was really helpful to work with someone who has an external perspective and can objectively identify patterns and habits (both good and bad) and then outline opportunities for improvements or lifestyle shifts. I feel like it’s easy to know when something isn’t working well but trickier to identify why. Karen and Dr. Holcomb Johnston (at Enso) were able to quickly identify the root cause(s) and then outline an approach to address everything strategically. Once the issues and strategies to address were outlined it was great to execute the plan at the tactical level with Karen’s dedicated support. Karen is a great listener with a comforting personality – I feel like I can share anything with her and appreciate her considerate point of view and sage life advice. I’m feeling better – both physically and mentally. I've lost weight, have increased energy and improved mood from our 6-months of working together. I’ve developed a solid toolbox to help build awareness and drive healthier habits.

"Karen helped us conquer my 11-year-old son's SIBO using a combination of the low FODMAP and GAPS diet. Without her knowledge, experience and guidance I would not have been able to navigate the SIBO treatment. Karen's kind and supportive personality made working with her a pleasure. The treatment plan was clear and straightforward. The food information and recipes she provided me with were exactly what I needed to be able to make such a big dietary change in my son's life."
-Jenna, Bozeman MT
“Karen was able to meet me where I am on my adventure of navigating SIBO and an auto-immune disease. She offered helpful suggestions for dietary considerations during active treatment cycles as well as specific instructions for reintroducing foods in a systematic way following treatment. Karen was also able to offer many other resources for additional information. On top of all of that, Karen is a great listener and clearly demonstrates care and concern.”
-Molly, Bozeman, MT
“Karen is great to work with! She was very empathetic and educated. She was easy to get in touch with via email too. I've had less hives and more energy since doing a low-histamine diet while working with Karen. I feel like I'm headed in the right direction, in part because of her insight and support.”

“Karen is an excellent provider. She is a great listener and understanding when it comes to learning about the whole person. She offers guidelines and advice in order to bring about success in her clients. With regard to handling my SIBO, she is supportive, attentive and responsive. She is completely up to date in her knowledge of an ever-changing field of expertise. I feel like I’m in good hands. I would highly recommend Karen.”

In nutrition health coaching, we delve into both the food you put into your body (Secondary Food) and the "Food" that fuels your life such as your relationships, exercise, stress levels, etc. - these are referred to as Primary Foods. Our goal here is total mind body wellness.
